During the third quarter of 2023, the top 5 delivered meal kits and specialty foods applications in Mexico showed varied performance trends. Here’s a closer look at the metrics for each app:
Vivino experienced substantial growth in weekly revenue, starting at $9 at the end of June and peaking at approximately $1.2K by the last week of September. Weekly downloads remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 736 and 994. Active user numbers showed a slight increase from 11K to 11.1K over the quarter.
HelloFresh maintained a modest but steady download rate, with figures ranging from 123 to 175 weekly downloads. Active users fluctuated slightly but stayed around the 8K mark, ending the quarter with 8.1K active users.
Green Chef saw a minimal download rate, peaking at 95 downloads in early July and remaining low thereafter. Active user numbers hovered around the 300-450 range, finishing the quarter at 360.
Factor_ had a low download rate, with weekly downloads peaking at 94 in early August but generally staying below 50. Active user numbers were consistently low, fluctuating between 166 and 231.
EveryPlate maintained a steady download rate, with numbers ranging from 20 to 54. Active user numbers saw a slight increase, ending the quarter at 479 compared to 441 at the beginning.
