In the third quarter of 2023, the fast food and fast casual restaurant apps landscape in Kuwait showcased varied performance trends. Here’s a look at the top 5 apps and their metrics, based on data from Sensor Tower.
KFC Kuwait - Order food Online experienced a steady increase in weekly downloads, peaking at 9.5K in the week of August 21. The app maintained a strong user base with weekly active users ranging from approximately 24.6K to 28.4K throughout the quarter.
McDonald’s - Non-US saw a fluctuating download trend, with a notable spike to 7.1K in the last week of June. The app’s weekly active users remained robust, peaking at around 52K in mid-September.
Starbucks Kuwait had a significant surge in downloads in mid-July, reaching 9.5K. However, the numbers tapered off towards the end of the quarter, stabilizing around 3.3K.
Hardee's Kuwait displayed a variable download pattern with a high of 4.8K in early July. The app’s weekly active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 349 and 465 throughout the quarter.
Lastly, Burger King Kuwait showed consistent download figures, peaking at 3.5K in late August. The app’s active user base was stable, maintaining numbers between 13.1K and 14.6K.
