In Q3 2023, the top insurance apps in Belgium displayed a range of performance metrics across downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at how these apps fared during the quarter.
MyAG Employee Benefits from AG Insurance saw a varied trend in weekly downloads. Starting at 1.5K in late June, downloads peaked at 3.2K in mid-July before fluctuating around the 2K mark for the rest of the quarter. The app ended the quarter with a notable increase to 3K downloads in the last week of September.
DKV Insurance - Scan & Send maintained a fairly consistent download rate, beginning at 2K in late June and peaking at 2.4K at the end of July. The app’s downloads hovered around the 2K mark for the majority of the quarter, ending at 2.2K in the final week of September.
Ethias experienced significant fluctuations in downloads. After starting with 1.7K in late June, the app saw a peak of 2.8K in early July. However, downloads dipped to around 1.3K in late August before slightly recovering to 1.5K by the end of September.
My Helan from Helan Onafhankelijk Ziekenfonds showed a strong start with 2.2K downloads in late June, peaking at 3.4K in early July. The app then saw a gradual decline, stabilizing around 1.3K in the final weeks of the quarter.
AXA mobile banking from AXA Bank Belgium exhibited consistent download numbers, starting at 1.5K in late June and peaking at 1.9K in late July. The app saw a slight dip to 1.3K in mid-September before ending the quarter with 1.4K downloads. Notably, the app's active users started at 5.9K, peaking at 9K in the last week of September after a steady performance throughout the quarter.
