The third quarter of 2023 saw interesting trends for the top 5 survival games in Ukraine, according to Sensor Tower's data. Here’s a closer look at their performance on a unified platform combining both iOS and Android.
Monster War: Hide & Seek Zone from UltraPub exhibited a remarkable surge in downloads, peaking at 56.8K in the week of July 31. However, downloads gradually declined to 4.3K by the last week of September. Weekly active users followed a similar trend, starting at 160 in early July and climbing to 91.6K by the end of the month before tapering off to 38.6K in the final week of September.
Raft® Survival - Ocean Nomad, published by Survival Games Ltd, saw a steady number of downloads, averaging around 7K to 9.6K per week. Revenue maintained a consistent pattern, peaking at $1.2K in the week of August 7. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 27.9K and 34.7K throughout the quarter.
The Baby In Yellow from Team Terrible enjoyed a consistent download rate, with a notable spike to 8.7K in the final week of September. Revenue showed modest increases, peaking at $101 in the week of August 7. Weekly active users saw a significant rise towards the end of the quarter, reaching 33.4K in the last week of September.
For Noclip: Backrooms Multiplayer, downloads spiked dramatically to 20.8K in the week of July 24 before dropping to around 831 by late September. Weekly active users mirrored this trend, peaking at 23.1K in late July and ending the quarter at 4.6K.
Lastly, Nextbots: Obunga Chase Rooms by M4P Media experienced fluctuating download numbers, with the highest being 12.8K in mid-July. Weekly active users peaked at 13.6K in the week of July 17, then saw a gradual decline to 7.5K by the end of September.
