In Q3 2023, the top 5 Vikings-themed games in Spain showed varied performance trends across weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Data for these insights is provided by Sensor Tower.
Viking Rise: Valhalla saw a gradual decline in weekly revenue, starting from approximately $15.8K in late June to around $7.6K by mid-September, with a slight rebound to about $10.1K at the end of the quarter. Weekly downloads fluctuated, initially dropping from 3.1K to around 1K in late July before rising again to approximately 4.3K by September's end. Active users showed a similar pattern, decreasing from 12.4K in late June to 8.1K in mid-August, with a minor increase to 9.2K by the end of September.
Vikingard experienced a peak in weekly revenue of about $9.9K in mid-July, followed by a steady decline to approximately $6.4K by late September. Weekly downloads remained relatively low, peaking at 1.1K in early July and dropping to around 549 by the end of the quarter. Active users maintained a stable range, starting at 6.1K in late June and slightly fluctuating to 6.1K by September's end.
Lucky Buddies had a consistent decline in weekly revenue from about $1.8K in late June to approximately $1K by mid-September, with a slight uptick to $1.5K at the end of the quarter. Weekly downloads were erratic, peaking at 900 in mid-July and dropping to minimal values by September. Active users decreased from 280 in late June to 229 by the end of September.
Frostborn: Coop Survival showed a notable peak in weekly revenue at approximately $4K in early August, followed by a decline to about $1K by mid-September, with a slight rise to $1.5K at the end of the quarter. Weekly downloads were relatively stable but low, ranging from 390 in late June to 118 by September's end. Active users also showed a declining trend from 679 in late June to 344 by the end of September.
Vikings: War of Clans had a fluctuating revenue trend, starting at approximately $13K in late June, dropping to around $5.8K in early July, and peaking again at $12.5K by late September. Weekly downloads remained low but stable, ranging from 104 in late June to 167 by the end of September. Active users showed minor fluctuations, starting at 1.7K in late June and maintaining around 1.6K by the end of the quarter.
