As the fourth quarter of 2023 draws to a close, pirate game enthusiasts in Australia have shown their loyalty to their favorite Android titles. Sensor Tower's data provides insights into the performance of the top pirate games during this period.
Sea of Conquest: Pirate War, published by FunPlus International AG, displayed an upward trend across downloads, revenue, and weekly active users. Downloads increased from 887K in the first week to 1.5M by the quarter's end, while revenue climbed from $8K to $12K. Active users also rose significantly, from 482K to 1.6M.
Another title, Pirate Raid - Caribbean Battle by SayGames Ltd, showed a remarkable resurgence. After a lull with zero downloads for several weeks, the game bounced back with a peak of 576K downloads and active users spiking to 720K in the last week of December. Revenue also saw an increase, reaching $210 by the end of the quarter.
JOYCITY Corp.'s Pirates of the Caribbean: ToW continued to attract players, with revenue seeing the most significant jump from $1.2K to $2.8K. Downloads and weekly active users were relatively stable, ending the quarter with 56K downloads and 139K active users.
Chenlie Studio's One Pirate Odyssey:Idle RPG witnessed modest growth. Revenue grew from $24 to $378 by quarter's end, and downloads saw a gradual increase from 47K to 69K. Active user data was not available for this game.
Lastly, Lord of Seas: Survival&Conquer from Atlas Studio Co., Ltd. experienced a decline in revenue, dropping to $20 by the last week of December. Downloads ceased in the final week, after a peak of 104K in mid-October. The weekly active users dropped to zero in the third week of December after a high of 76K in mid-October.
