Glory Fit, published by Smart Wear, showed a notable increase in downloads, peaking at 35K in the last week of December, up from 8K at the start of the quarter. Weekly active users followed a similar upward trajectory, with figures soaring from 89K to 160K in the same period.
Meanwhile, Fitbit by Fitbit LLC, a long-standing player in the market, generated a steady revenue stream, ending the quarter with a high of $101K. Downloads for the app spiked to 28K in the festive week, complementing an increase in weekly active users from 538K to 537K.
The newcomer JustFit - Lazy Workout from ENERJOY PTE. LTD. had a more turbulent quarter. With modest revenue figures reaching $5K by year-end, the app saw downloads dip to a low of 3K before rebounding to 9K. Weekly active users mirrored this pattern, dropping to 15K and then rising to 24K by the quarter's end.
AllTrails: Hike, Bike & Run, offered by AllTrails, LLC, maintained a consistent revenue around $13K. The app's downloads saw a year-end surge to 11K, while weekly active users more than doubled from 47K to 75K in the final weeks of December.
Lastly, Strava: Run, Bike, Hike by Strava Inc. wrapped up the quarter with a revenue of $55K. The app witnessed a steady increase in downloads, ending at 9K, and a rise in weekly active users from 388K to 392K, indicating a robust and engaged user base.
