Tinder: Chat, Dating & Friends maintained its popularity with consistent downloads peaking at 20K and a steady base of weekly active users hovering around 700K by the end of December. The revenue for Tinder showed a slight downtrend from $380K to $280K over the quarter.
The Bumble: Dating & Friends App experienced a fluctuating download count, reaching as high as 14K, and maintained a robust active user base, ending the quarter with nearly 120K weekly users. Bumble's revenue also showed variations, peaking at $103K before settling around $83K.
Grindr - Gay Dating & Chat saw a more modest performance in downloads, with numbers ranging from 2K to 3K. However, the weekly active users demonstrated resilience, ending the quarter just shy of 40K. Grindr's revenue remained relatively stable, ending the year at around $65K.
happn — Dating app, a homegrown French app, showed a strong presence with downloads peaking at nearly 10K and active users reaching over 200K. The revenue trends for happn were consistent, with the app earning around $55K to $66K each week.
Lastly, Azar - Video Chat witnessed an impressive surge in downloads during the holiday season, jumping to 22K from an average of 11K. This app's active users showed an upward trend, concluding the quarter with over 113K weekly active users. Azar's revenue peaked at $69K, reflecting growing interest in video chat features.
