During the fourth quarter of 2023, the performance of the top 5 virtual fitness programs on the iOS platform in Costa Rica exhibited diverse trends. Here’s a closer look at the performance metrics of these apps.
Smart Fit App had a significant spike in downloads towards the end of the quarter, peaking at approximately 3.8K in the week of December 4. The app also saw an impressive increase in weekly active users, reaching around 6.4K during the same week. However, revenue remained consistently at zero throughout the quarter.
Mi Fitness (Xiaomi Wear Lite) experienced a moderate increase in downloads, with numbers rising from 241 at the start of the quarter to 650 by the end of December. Weekly active users also increased steadily, peaking at about 1K in the final week. Similar to the Smart Fit App, revenue for this app was zero throughout the quarter.
Sweatcoin Walking Step Counter saw varied performance with downloads peaking at 519 in early November before stabilizing around 300 towards the end of the quarter. Weekly active users showed a strong upward trend, peaking at 2.7K in the last week of December. Revenue exhibited fluctuations, peaking at $45 in the week of October 9 but generally remained below $36 for the rest of the quarter.
HUAWEI Health had consistent download numbers throughout the quarter, peaking at 442 in the last week of December. The app maintained a steady increase in weekly active users, reaching approximately 5.9K in mid-December. Revenue for this app was also zero during the entire quarter.
OKOK·International showed a significant rise in downloads towards the end of the quarter, with a peak of 594 in the week of December 18. Weekly active users also increased notably, reaching around 1K in the same week. Revenue saw minor fluctuations, with a peak of $47 in the week of December 11.
