2026 State of Mobile is Live!

As the final quarter of 2023 comes to a close, Sensor Tower has gathered data on the top air travel applications in Latin America. This comprehensive look delivers insights into user preferences and app engagement within the region.
LATAM Airlines, with its publisher based in Chile, showed a fluctuating trend in downloads, peaking at roughly 110K in the third week of November before descending to approximately 79K by the end of December. Weekly active users climbed steadily to over 537K in the third week of November, but this figure saw a slight decline to around 489K by the year's end.
Volaris, hailing from Mexico, experienced a surge in downloads to nearly 68K in mid-October, followed by a gradual decrease to about 35K by December's end. Weekly active users mirrored this trend, starting at 111K and reaching a high of over 150K, then slightly tapering off to just over 103K.
Flightradar24 | Flight Tracker, from Sweden, not only tracked flights but also its revenue, which saw a modest increase from 14K to over 14K USD in the final week of December. Downloads showcased an upward trend, climaxing at nearly 57K during the same period. Active users grew consistently, starting at almost 400K and reaching over 433K by the quarter's conclusion.
Viva Aerobus: Fly!, another Mexican publisher, observed its downloads peak at over 55K in mid-November and then slightly decline to around 35K towards the end of December. Weekly active users saw a peak of nearly 160K in the same period but ended the quarter with around 130K users remaining engaged.
Aeromexico's downloads showed an initial increase, hitting over 36K in mid-November, but then experienced a gentle dip to just under 30K by the close of December. The app's weekly active users followed a similar trajectory, growing to over 108K in mid-November and then leveling out to just under 98K by the quarter's end.
