In the fourth quarter of 2023, the top 5 carpooling and ridesharing apps in Georgia exhibited diverse performance trends on a unified platform, as reported by Sensor Tower. Here's a closer look at their weekly downloads and other key metrics.
Yandex Go: Taxi Food Delivery saw a fluctuating pattern in weekly downloads. Starting at approximately 15.8K downloads at the end of September, the numbers dipped to around 4.9K by late October but gradually recovered, reaching a peak of about 8.4K in the final week of December.
Bolt: Request a Ride experienced a more stable trend. Weekly downloads began at roughly 4.5K in late September and showed a slight decrease, stabilizing around 2.5K to 3K by the end of the quarter, with a minor uptick to nearly 3K in the last week of December.
Uber - Request a ride had a consistent yet lower download rate compared to other apps. Weekly downloads hovered around 600 initially, with minor fluctuations, maintaining this range throughout the quarter.
inDrive. Save on city rides showed a steady download trend, starting at 293 and ending the quarter close to 297 downloads per week. Despite its smaller user base, the app maintained a consistent performance.
Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver also exhibited stable weekly downloads, beginning at 232 and ending at 249. The app showed a slight increase in downloads towards the end of December.
