In the fourth quarter of 2023, the top dining and restaurant apps in Kuwait exhibited diverse performance trends across downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at how these apps fared:
KFC Kuwait - Order Food Online had a fluctuating download pattern. Starting strong with 6.8K downloads in late September, the numbers dipped to a low of 2.8K by the end of October before rebounding to 4.4K in the last week of December. Active users followed a similar trend, peaking at 24.4K in early October and then gradually decreasing to 17.9K by the end of the quarter.
McDonald's experienced a decline in downloads throughout Q4. Beginning with 5.4K downloads in early October, the app saw a significant drop to 1.7K by early December. Active users also showed a downward trend, starting at 50K in late September and ending at 43.9K in the last week of December.
Naif Chicken displayed a more stable download trend. The app started with 1.3K downloads in late September, reaching a peak of 2.1K by the end of October, and then stabilizing around 1.5K towards the end of December.
Pizza Hut KWT - Order Food Now saw a decline in downloads from 2.7K in early October to 844 in late October. However, the app's downloads recovered to 1.6K by the end of December. Active users mirrored this trend, decreasing from 9.8K in late September to 7.1K by the end of October, then rising again to 8.9K by the end of December.
BAZOOKA experienced a surge in downloads early in the quarter, peaking at 2.2K in early October before gradually decreasing to around 1.3K by the end of December. Active users showed a similar pattern, increasing to 2.3K in early October and then stabilizing around 1.8K towards the end of the quarter.
