During the fourth quarter of 2023, the top fast food and fast casual restaurant apps in Denmark demonstrated diverse trends in downloads and weekly active users. Data from Sensor Tower provides a detailed overview of these apps' performances on a unified platform.
McDonald’s - Non-US saw a steady increase in downloads, starting from approximately 4K at the end of September and peaking at nearly 9K in early December. However, downloads tapered off to about 3.9K by the end of December. Weekly active users for the app showed a notable rise, especially in late November, reaching a peak of approximately 122K before decreasing to around 83K by the end of December.
Burger King Danmark experienced a relatively stable download rate, with minor fluctuations. Downloads ranged from 1.6K to 2.2K throughout the quarter. Weekly active users maintained a consistent range, fluctuating between 1.6K and 1.9K.
Espresso House exhibited a growth trajectory in downloads, starting from around 1.1K in early October and reaching up to approximately 2.7K in early December. The app's weekly active users also showed a positive trend, peaking at about 22.6K in early December before slightly declining to around 17.8K by the end of the month.
JOE & THE JUICE had a moderate performance, with downloads ranging from approximately 1K to 2K during the quarter. Weekly active users saw a small increase in late November, peaking at around 1.9K, before stabilizing at around 1.3K by the end of December.
KFC UAE - Order Food Online had the lowest download numbers among the top five, fluctuating between 82 and 149 downloads per week. Weekly active users for the app remained relatively stable, with a slight increase towards the end of December, reaching approximately 278.
