In the fourth quarter of 2023, the top 5 fish games on a unified platform in Brazil showed varied performance trends in downloads, revenue, and weekly active users. Here’s a closer look at each app’s performance:
Hungry Shark Evolution by Ubisoft experienced fluctuating downloads, peaking at approximately 97K in late October. Revenue saw a significant spike in mid-December, reaching around $2.1K. Weekly active users increased from 231K at the start of the quarter to 257K by late October, before settling around 227K at the end of December.
Fishdom from Playrix displayed a steady increase in revenue, peaking at roughly $103K at the end of October. Downloads fluctuated, with notable peaks in early October (75K) and early December (72K). Weekly active users grew from 300K to a high of 388K by the end of the quarter.
Fish Go.io 2 by Mars Game (HongKong) Network Technology Co., Limited, saw a significant rise in downloads, reaching a peak of around 64K in late December. Revenue remained minimal but showed a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, peaking at $54 in mid-December. Weekly active users saw a substantial increase from 39K at the start of the quarter to approximately 146K by the end of December.
Save The Fish! Rescue Puzzle by Mesiba Games experienced a dramatic increase in downloads, peaking at around 77K in mid-December. Revenue remained low but saw a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, reaching $11 in late December. Weekly active users grew significantly from 3K at the start of the quarter to over 104K by the end of December.
Hungry Shark World by Ubisoft had a consistent download rate, peaking at approximately 35K in late November. Revenue remained relatively stable, with minor fluctuations and a peak of $814 at the end of December. Weekly active users increased from 181K at the start of the quarter to around 226K in late November before stabilizing around 186K by the end of December.
