The fourth quarter of 2023 saw noteworthy trends among the top five food delivery service applications in Denmark. Here, we highlight the performance of Wolt Delivery: Food and more, Too Good To Go: End Food Waste, Just Eat DK - Levering af mad, Vivino: Buy the Right Wine, and HelloFresh: Meal Kit Delivery.

Wolt Delivery: Food and more maintained a consistent download rate throughout Q4, peaking at 13.5K in mid-October and experiencing a slight dip to around 7.3K in mid-December. Weekly active users fluctuated between approximately 79.2K and 86.5K, ending the quarter at 81.2K.

Too Good To Go: End Food Waste saw a gradual decline in downloads, starting from 5.3K at the end of September and dropping to 2.5K by the end of December. Weekly active users also exhibited a downward trend, decreasing from 456.5K to 323.2K over the quarter.

Just Eat DK - Levering af mad experienced relatively stable downloads, ranging from around 2.8K to 3.6K, with a slight increase in the last week of December. Weekly active users remained consistent, fluctuating between 29.7K and 32.3K, closing the quarter at 30.4K.

Vivino: Buy the Right Wine showed significant revenue growth, with a notable peak at approximately $5.3K in the last week of December. Downloads surged in mid-December, reaching 6.4K. Weekly active users also saw an increase, peaking at 37.2K in mid-December and ending the quarter at 36.5K.

HelloFresh: Meal Kit Delivery had a decline in downloads throughout the quarter, from 2.5K at the end of September to 1.4K by the end of December. Weekly active users varied, starting at 58.1K and peaking at 61.3K in late October, before slightly dropping to 58.7K by the end of December.
