Sensor Tower provides a detailed look at the top five apps in this category, highlighting their download figures, revenue (where applicable), and weekly active users.
Rightmove property search maintained a consistent download trend throughout the quarter, starting at approximately 22K and peaking at roughly 23K downloads. The app's weekly active users fluctuated, with a starting point near 412K and closing the quarter with about 391K active users.
Trading 212 experienced notable variability in downloads, beginning the quarter with around 16K downloads and reaching a high of over 25K. The app's active user base ranged from approximately 228K to nearly 250K, showing a dynamic engagement throughout the period.
Moneybox - Save and Invest saw its downloads start at about 14K, with a notable spike to over 22K by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users for Moneybox showed a steady trend, starting at roughly 232K and ending with a significant increase to about 267K.
Kraken - Buy Crypto & Bitcoin had a rollercoaster quarter in terms of downloads, kicking off at nearly 7K, surging to over 32K mid-quarter, and then dropping to around 5K towards the end. Its active users presented a similar trend, with an initial count near 35K, peaking at nearly 69K, and then settling at approximately 49K by the quarter's end.
Lastly, Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto showed an initial download count of around 9K and a slight increase to about 10K. The app's weekly active users demonstrated a growth trend, starting at 137K and peaking at over 209K, before slightly declining to around 173K.
