In the fourth quarter of 2023, the top 5 tabletop board games applications in Spain showed varied performance metrics in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides a comprehensive overview of these trends.
Parchisi STAR exhibited a consistent increase in revenue, peaking at around $41K in mid-December and reaching $42K by the end of the quarter. Downloads saw a significant boost in the final week of December, rising from approximately 29K to nearly 39K. Weekly active users fluctuated throughout the quarter, starting at around 295K and ending at 317K.
Yalla Parchis maintained stable revenue figures, with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, peaking at about $15K. Downloads, however, showed a declining trend, dropping from around 4.2K at the beginning of the quarter to 2.5K by the end. Active users also decreased from nearly 19K to 12.5K over the same period.
Chess - Play & Learn saw a notable rise in revenue, especially towards the end of December, where it reached approximately $15K. The app's downloads increased significantly in December, peaking at about 15.6K in the last week. Weekly active users also saw an upward trend, growing from around 279K to 306K by the end of the quarter.
Backgammon - Lord of the Board experienced a mixed quarter. Revenue saw a peak in mid-December at about $10K but fluctuated throughout the period. Downloads remained relatively low, with a slight increase towards the end of December, reaching 192. Active users showed minor fluctuations, ending the quarter at around 5K.
Finally, Loco Parchís - Mega Ludo Teams experienced stable revenue figures, with a slight increase in the last week of December, reaching approximately $2.5K. Downloads showed a gradual increase over the quarter, peaking at 513 in the final week. Weekly active users remained relatively steady, ending the quarter at around 1.3K.
