Chess - Play and Learn from Chess.com, a long-standing favorite, showed a steady revenue in the last quarter, with a slight increase as the holidays approached, ending with revenue of approximately $354K in the last week of December. Downloads peaked at around 92K in the same week, while weekly active users saw a slight dip to around 2.4M.
Tic Tac Toe - 2 Player XO by CDT Puzzle Studio, despite generating no revenue, maintained a solid presence with downloads spiking to roughly 92K in the week of November 20th. The app's weekly active users reached a high of 160K in the last week of December, indicating a strong end to the quarter.
Playvalve's Yatzy - Fun Classic Dice Game showed consistent revenue, hovering around $37K towards the end of the quarter. Downloads and weekly active users both saw their highest numbers in November, with the latter reaching nearly 194K by the end of December.
Scopely's YAHTZEE With Buddies Dice Game reported the highest revenue among the group, with a notable increase to approximately $913K in the final week of December. Downloads saw an upward trend, culminating in nearly 60K in the same period, while active users rose to around 429K.
Lastly, Chess - Offline Board Game from GamoVation, while showing modest revenue figures, experienced a surge in downloads, reaching over 50K in the week of Christmas. The weekly active users also saw growth, finishing at around 155K.
