In Q1 2024, the top 5 2D anime games on the Android platform in Norway showed varying trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Isekai:Slow Life from Mars-Games saw a consistent increase in weekly revenue, peaking at around $4.8K in mid-March. Weekly downloads steadily climbed from 75 in early January to 163 by the end of March. The game’s weekly active users grew from 885 to over 1.1K in the same period.
Hero Wars: Alliance by NEXTERS GLOBAL LTD experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, with a high of approximately $4.3K in late February. Weekly downloads started strong at 336 in early January but dropped to 265 by the end of March. Active users showed a slight decline from 1.4K to about 1.3K throughout the quarter.
LilithGames' AFK Arena had a mixed quarter in terms of revenue, peaking at $3.5K in early January but dropping to $1.5K by the end of March. Downloads were relatively low, ranging from 33 to 56 weekly. Active users remained steady, ending the quarter with a slight increase from 319 to 361.
Fate/Grand Order (English) from Aniplex Inc. saw a significant drop in weekly revenue from $7.3K in early January to $1.3K by the end of March. Downloads were minimal, with a peak of 21 in late January. Active users fluctuated slightly but remained around the 200 mark.
Arknights by Yostar Limited had a notable spike in revenue, reaching $6.7K in mid-January. However, revenue dropped to $733 by the end of March. Weekly downloads remained stable, ranging from 13 to 28. Active users showed a slight decline from 74 to 57 throughout the quarter.
