In the first quarter of 2024, the performance of top 3D anime games on Android in Greece exhibited diverse trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Here's a closer look at the top five games as per Sensor Tower's data.
Hero Clash: Playtime Go from Glaciers Game saw a significant rise in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $2.7K in the final week of February. Downloads spiked to 8.5K in the week of January 29, while active users surged to 9.5K during the same period. The game maintained a steady presence with weekly active users fluctuating between 1K and 9K throughout the quarter.
ONE PUNCH MAN: WORLD from A PLUS JAPAN experienced an initial surge in downloads, reaching 17K in the week of January 29. However, the game saw a decline in both weekly revenue and active users over the quarter, with revenue dropping to $9 by the end of March and active users decreasing to around 2K.
Honkai: Star Rail by COGNOSPHERE PTE. LTD. showed a fluctuation in weekly revenue, peaking at $6.9K in the last week of March. Downloads remained steady around the 400-600 range, while active users varied between 7K and 12K, indicating consistent engagement from its player base.
Genshin Impact, also from COGNOSPHERE PTE. LTD., maintained robust weekly revenue figures, with a peak of $5.9K in late January. Downloads hovered around 300-500 weekly, and active users remained fairly stable, averaging around 10K throughout the quarter.
Lastly, AFK Journey from FARLIGHT, which was released towards the end of the quarter, showed promising initial performance. In its first week, the game generated $1.2K in revenue and attracted 4.5K downloads, with 3.1K active users.
