During the first quarter of 2024, the hack and slash category on Android in Slovakia saw diverse performance metrics among the top five applications. Here’s a detailed look at each game’s trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Shadow Knight: Ninja Fighting experienced fluctuating weekly downloads, starting strong with 122 downloads in the first week of January and peaking at 262 in mid-January. However, the numbers declined to as low as 0 in mid-March, before slightly recovering to 25 by the end of March. Active users for the game mirrored this trend, beginning at 123 and climbing to a high of 406 in mid-January, but gradually decreasing to 79 by the end of March.
Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat showed a varied revenue pattern. The game started with $124 in the first week of January, peaking at $274 in mid-January, and then fluctuating throughout the quarter, ending with $269 in the last week of March. Downloads started high at 398 in early January but saw a steep decline, reaching only 11 by the end of the quarter. Active users began at 387 and gradually decreased to 200 by the end of March.
For Ninja Ryuko: Shadow Ninja Game, weekly downloads remained relatively stable, starting at 70 in the first week of January and ending at 41 in late March. Active users followed a similar pattern, beginning at 83 and closing the quarter at 49.
Castlevania: SotN had a consistent, albeit low, number of downloads throughout the quarter. Starting with 67 in early January, the numbers gradually dwindled to 7 by the end of March.
MARVEL Future Fight demonstrated a strong performance in revenue, starting at $265 in the first week of January and ending the quarter at $227. Downloads were relatively stable, beginning at 36 and closing at 33. The game maintained a robust active user base, starting at 1.28K and ending at 1.24K.
