In the first quarter of 2024, the top 5 Otome games on the Android platform in the United States showed varied performance in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a detailed look at how each game fared during this period.
Love and Deepspace from InFold Pte. Ltd. had a dynamic quarter. Weekly revenue peaked at approximately $244K in early February before gradually declining to $53K by the end of March. The game saw a strong start in weekly downloads with 35K in mid-January, but this number steadily dropped to around 3.9K by late March. Active users also showed a downward trend, starting from 22.3K in mid-January and ending at 27.3K by the end of the quarter.
Disney Twisted-Wonderland by Aniplex Inc. experienced fluctuating revenue, with a notable peak at $68K in late January and a subsequent dip to around $29K by the end of March. Weekly downloads were modest, reaching a high of 6K in late January but mostly remaining below 1.5K for the rest of the quarter.
Eureka Creation Limited’s Ensemble Stars Music had a relatively steady performance. Revenue showed a slight increase, peaking at $24K in early February and then stabilizing around $11K towards the end of March. Weekly downloads remained low, averaging around 700 in January and dropping to 355 by late March. Active users saw a gradual decline from 4.2K at the beginning of January to 3.2K by the end of the quarter.
Tears of Themis from COGNOSPHERE PTE. LTD. displayed a consistent decline in both revenue and active users. The game’s revenue started at $31K in early January and decreased to $5.6K by the end of March. Active users followed a similar pattern, dropping from 1.6K in early January to 823 by late March.
Otome Games Obey Me! NB by NTT SOLMARE CORPORATION showed a mixed trend. Revenue saw a notable spike to $16K in mid-March, with earlier weeks fluctuating between $3.8K and $10K. Weekly downloads also showed some variation, peaking at 4.7K in mid-January and stabilizing around 2.3K by the end of March. Active users saw a significant increase, peaking at 31.6K in mid-March before slightly declining to 30.8K by the end of the quarter.
