During the first quarter of 2024, the top 5 paid games on the Android platform in Brazil showcased various trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active user numbers. Here's a closer look at their performance:
Minecraft experienced fluctuations in both revenue and user engagement. Weekly revenue peaked at around $56K in early January, subsequently declining to approximately $36K by the end of March. Downloads saw a notable drop from 18.8K in the first week of January to 3.8K in the last week of March. However, weekly active users remained relatively stable, ranging from 442.9K at the start of the quarter to 421.7K by the end.
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas showed a steady decline in both downloads and revenue. Weekly revenue started at $12.2K in the first week of January and ended at about $7.9K by late March. Downloads decreased from 4.7K to 1.2K over the same period. Active users exhibited a slight decrease, with numbers moving from 27.5K to 24K.
Farming Simulator 23 Mobile had a stable performance in terms of revenue, peaking at approximately $4.8K in mid-February and ending the quarter at around $3.5K. Downloads varied slightly, starting at 464 in early January and concluding at 256 by the end of March.
Stardew Valley saw a gradual increase in revenue towards the end of the quarter, starting at $5.2K in January and reaching $6.6K in the final week of March. Downloads also showed a slight upward trend, beginning at 1.4K in the first week of January and ending at 941 in the last week of March. Active users decreased from 19.2K to 15.4K during the quarter.
RFS - Real Flight Simulator experienced a decline in both active users and downloads. Revenue fluctuated slightly, with a peak of approximately $3.7K in early January and ending at about $2.9K in the last week of March. Downloads dropped from 2.4K to 783 over the quarter. Active users decreased from 12.6K to 7.5K.
