In the first quarter of 2024, the Brazilian Android market saw various shifts in the real-time strategy (RTS) gaming category. Sensor Tower's data gives us valuable insights into the performance of the leading apps in this genre.
Clash Royale from Supercell maintained a strong presence with a slight downward trend in revenue, ending the quarter with approximately $51K in the last week. Downloads peaked at around 99K in the second week of January and stabilized around 48K by the end of March. Weekly active users saw a decrease from 11M to 10M during the quarter.
VOODOO's Mob Control showcased a more fluctuating pattern. Revenue varied, with a notable spike to $10K in mid-February, while downloads saw a significant rise, reaching over 115K in the last week of March. Weekly active users showed an overall increase, finishing strong at 305K.
Warcraft Rumble by Blizzard Entertainment experienced a gradual decrease in revenue, dipping to nearly $2.9K by the end of March. Downloads began at 12K in the first week of January and saw a decline to 1.7K. The weekly active users count hovered around 30K toward the close of the quarter.
Riot Games' TFT: Teamfight Tactics observed variable revenue, with a notable increase to $5.7K in the final week. Downloads had a substantial jump to over 10K in the last week, while weekly active users rose to 155K, indicating a strong end to the quarter.
Lastly, LUDUS - Merge Arena PvP from Mergegames LTD showed consistent revenue, ending at $2.5K. Downloads saw a decline to 1.8K, and the weekly active users remained relatively stable at around 12K.
