2026 State of Mobile is Live!

Throughout the first quarter of 2024, the dating app market on iOS in Venezuela saw varying performance across the top five applications, as reported by Sensor Tower. Here’s a closer look at how each app fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users.
Tinder Dating App: Chat & Date experienced a fluctuating trend in weekly revenue, peaking at around $9K in mid-March. Download numbers remained relatively stable, starting at approximately 1.2K in early January and ending the quarter slightly above 1K. Active users ranged between 18.9K and 20.2K, with a slight dip in February before recovering towards the end of March.
OmeTV – Video Chat Alternative did not generate any revenue throughout the quarter. However, it saw a steady increase in downloads, starting from 604 in early January and peaking at 733 in the last week of March. The number of active users also showed a consistent upward trend, growing from approximately 2K to nearly 3K by the end of the quarter.
Bumble Dating App: Meet & Date did not report any revenue during this period. Download figures fluctuated, with a low of 291 in mid-January and a high of 574 in late February. Active users showed a positive trend, starting from around 3.7K and reaching up to 4.2K by the end of March.
Badoo: Dating. Chat. Friends also reported no revenue. Downloads varied throughout the quarter, peaking at 521 in mid-February. Active user numbers were more stable, hovering around 8.2K to 9.2K, with a noticeable increase towards the end of March.
Walkie Talkie - All Talk had zero revenue but showed a significant spike in downloads and active users in March. Downloads jumped from an average of around 80 per week to over 1.1K in the final weeks of the quarter. Similarly, active users increased dramatically from about 150 to nearly 1.5K in the same period.
