In the first quarter of 2024, the top 5 fitness and weight loss programs on iOS in Hungary showcased varied performance trends across weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at the data sourced from Sensor Tower.
YAZIO Calorie Counter & Diet saw a steady decline in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $17.8K in early January and dropping to around $7.8K by the end of March. Weekly downloads exhibited a downward trend as well, beginning at 2.5K and decreasing to around 1.4K. Active users fluctuated slightly, peaking at 15.5K mid-January and ending the quarter at about 13.7K.
Strava: Run, Bike, Hike experienced an upward trend in weekly revenue, starting at $2.7K in the first week of January and reaching nearly $2.9K by the end of March. Downloads also increased, from 553 in early January to 764 by late March. Active users demonstrated a consistent pattern, starting at 11.1K and closing the quarter at 11.2K.
Fitify: Fitness & Home Workout reported a decrease in weekly revenue from $2.7K at the beginning of January to around $829 by the end of March. Downloads saw a sharp drop, beginning at 1.3K and falling to 264. Active users remained relatively stable, starting at 6K and ending the quarter at 4.9K.
MyFitnessPal: Calorie Counter showed a modest variation in weekly revenue, starting at $1.1K, peaking at $1.5K at the end of January, and then falling to $640 by the end of March. Downloads exhibited a declining trend from 445 in early January to 248. Active users showed minimal fluctuation, starting at 10.9K and ending at 10K.
BetterMe: Health Coaching demonstrated fluctuating revenue figures, with the highest being approximately $1.5K in early January and $1.1K in late March. Downloads started at 1.5K and dropped significantly to 197 by the end of the quarter. Active users saw a notable decline from 4.1K in early January to 971 by the end of March.
