The first quarter of 2024 saw interesting trends among the top 5 horror game applications on the iOS platform in Switzerland. Here’s a breakdown of their performance based on data from Sensor Tower.
Mystery Matters from Playrix experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $6.3K in late January. Weekly downloads saw a peak of around 800 in mid-January but then declined, ending the quarter at about 240. Active users started at over 1.1K in early January but decreased steadily to 718 by the end of March.
Identity V from NetEase Games had a varied revenue stream, starting the quarter at $1.6K and ending with a peak at $1.7K in the last week of March. Downloads remained low, with a high of just 21 in early January. Active users hovered around 400 throughout the quarter, with slight fluctuations.
Myths of Moonrise by STARFORTUNE INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, showed a spike in revenue reaching $1.2K at the end of January. Downloads were highest at 89 in early January but dropped to zero by March. Unfortunately, active user data for this game was not available.
Dead by Daylight Mobile from Behaviour Interactive Inc. saw an incremental increase in revenue, peaking at $581 in mid-March. Downloads were highest at 151 in early March. Active users also showed an upward trend, starting at 421 in early January and peaking at 512 in early March.
Stay Room: SilentCastle Origin by Zen World had a modest revenue performance, peaking at $502 in late January. Downloads experienced a significant peak at 270 in mid-January but dwindled to just 2 by the end of March. Active users started at 328 in early January and reached a high of 779 in mid-February before declining to 538 by the end of March.
