In the first quarter of 2024, Brazil's iOS platform saw significant activity in the survival games category. Data from Sensor Tower offers insights into how these games have performed in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.
Raft® Survival - Ocean Nomad experienced a mixed trend, with downloads peaking at 8.9K in late January before dipping to 5.2K by the end of March. Revenue followed a similar pattern, starting strong at $1.4K and later declining to $961. Weekly active users showed a gradual decrease from 17K to around 17K over the quarter.
The multiplayer version, Raft® Survival: Multiplayer, also from Survival Games Ltd, saw downloads decrease from 8.8K to 4.7K, while revenue fluctuated, ending the quarter at $634. Weekly active users mirrored this trend, starting at 34K and decreasing to 26.5K.
Kefir's Last Day on Earth: Survival showed a strong start in revenue at $11.2K but saw a drop to $6.4K by the end of Q1. Downloads had a high of 8.1K in mid-February but fell to 2.7K in the last week of March. Active users peaked at 20.7K before tapering off to 13.5K.
The Ghost - Multiplayer Horror, despite its lower revenue stream which fluctuated and hit zero on several weeks, maintained a relatively steady download count, starting at 6.8K and ending at 4.9K. Weekly active users saw a decline from 14.1K to 11.7K.
Lastly, The Baby In Yellow by Team Terrible, with modest revenue numbers, saw its downloads decrease from 8.1K to 5.3K. However, the game's active users showcased a rebound from 12.3K in late February to 15.8K by the end of March.
