Australia's Top Beauty Retail Apps in Q1 2024: Downloads and Active User Trends
The first quarter of 2024 has seen varied performances among Australia's top beauty retail applications. These insights, provided by Sensor Tower, showcase the trends in downloads and weekly active users for each app.
MECCA - Beauty Shopping has experienced a fluctuation in downloads with a peak of 18K in early March, and weekly active users have generally been on the rise, reaching 85K towards the end of the quarter.
Sephora - Beauty Shopping showed a similar fluctuating pattern in downloads, with a notable decrease to 5K in early February. However, weekly active users have seen a slight increase from 28K to over 30K by the end of March.
OnSkin - AI Product Scanner not only had a varying download trend, dipping to 1.3K in mid-March but also generated some revenue with a peak of $3K in late January. The app's active users have seen a slight decline, ending the quarter at 17K.
Adore Beauty | Shop Beauty Now witnessed a download surge in late January with over 4K downloads, followed by a decline to just under 2K by the end of March.
CHARLOTTE TILBURY had its download numbers soar to 1.5K in late February, a significant increase from the beginning of the year. Active users steadily grew, reaching 4.5K in the last week of March.
