The first quarter of 2024 brought notable trends for the top carpooling and ridesharing apps in Luxembourg. Here’s a look at how these apps performed in terms of weekly downloads and active users, with data sourced from Sensor Tower.
inDrive. Save on city rides saw a consistent rise in weekly downloads, starting from 209 in early January and peaking at 558 by the end of March. The app's weekly active users also showed a positive trend, increasing from 2.3K to 3.3K over the quarter.
Uber - Request a ride experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, beginning at 489 in the first week of January and finishing the quarter at 388. Active users for Uber started at 19.3K and saw a slight decline to 19.1K by the end of March.
Bolt: Request a Ride had a varied download pattern, with numbers ranging from 196 in mid-January to a peak of 367 in early February. Bolt's active users showed a relatively stable trend, moving from 2.7K to 2.7K throughout the quarter.
Rapido: Bike-Taxi, Auto & Cabs maintained steady growth in weekly downloads, starting at 170 and reaching 264 by the end of March. Active user numbers for Rapido increased from 2.2K to 2.6K over the same period.
Yandex Go: Taxi Food Delivery had lower download numbers, fluctuating between 66 and 170 throughout the quarter. The app’s active users saw a decline from 828 in early January to 561 by the end of March.
