In Q1 2024, the top 5 maps and navigation apps in Brazil showcased diverse performance trends across downloads, revenue, and active users. Here's a detailed look at each app's performance based on data from Sensor Tower.
Circuit Route Planner experienced a notable increase in weekly revenue, reaching approximately $45K by the week of January 22. Weekly downloads, however, saw a decline from 40K in early January to around 19K by the end of March. Active users peaked at over 71K in late January but dropped to about 55K by the last week of March.
Fretebras: fretes pra caminhão saw a steady rise in weekly revenue, peaking at nearly $30K in the final week of March. Downloads fluctuated, peaking mid-February at over 34K, before falling to around 18K by the end of March. Active users increased to over 63K in late February but saw a slight decrease to approximately 50K by the end of March.
Radarbot Speed Camera Detector displayed consistent weekly revenue throughout the quarter, starting at around $26K in early January and ending at about $19K in late March. Downloads showed a downward trend, starting at 43K in early January and dropping to around 22K by the end of March. Active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 53K to 57K throughout the quarter.
Moovit: Bus & Train Schedules saw a significant increase in weekly revenue, peaking at over $17K in early March. Downloads remained consistently high, with a peak of 155K in mid-February before settling at around 113K by the end of March. Active users showed a substantial increase, peaking at over 3.7M in mid-March before slightly declining to around 3.4M by the end of March.
Wikiloc - Trails of the World had steady weekly revenue, maintaining around $6K throughout the quarter. Downloads were stable, with a slight peak at 10K in early February. Active users remained consistent, averaging around 25K throughout the quarter.
