During the first quarter of 2024, the top 5 trivia games in Spain showcased varied performance trends across downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at how each app fared:
Akinator saw an increase in weekly downloads, with numbers peaking at approximately 23K in early March. The weekly active users mirrored this trend, rising from around 59K at the start of January to over 92K by early March. Revenue fluctuated, peaking at $47 in mid-February before declining towards the end of the quarter.
Kahoot! Play & Create Quizzes experienced a steady increase in weekly revenue, reaching about $1.4K in mid-March. Weekly downloads were highest at roughly 16.7K in mid-February, while weekly active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 83K for most of the quarter.
Trivia Crack noted a consistent weekly revenue, averaging between $700 and $1K, with a notable peak of $1.1K in mid-March. Downloads fluctuated, hitting a low of 6.2K in late January but rebounding to about 13.3K by the end of March. Active users saw a slight dip mid-quarter but ended strong at approximately 46.7K.
Stop 2 - Word Trivia Game had variable weekly downloads, starting at around 14.3K and dropping to a low of 3.3K in early March before climbing back to nearly 10K by the end of the quarter. Revenue remained modest, peaking at $60 in mid-January, while active users showed a gradual increase, ending at about 32.3K.
Brain Blitz Trivia-Quest Test saw a significant rise in weekly downloads, from just over 100 at the start of January to around 15K by early March. Weekly active users followed suit, increasing from 930 to approximately 24.2K within the same period. Revenue, although lower than other apps, showed a gradual increase, peaking at $30 in late February.
