In the second quarter of 2024, the top carpooling and ridesharing apps in Greece on the Android platform exhibited diverse performance metrics. Here’s a detailed look at the download trends and weekly active users of these apps.
Uber - Request a ride saw a consistent download pattern throughout the quarter. Starting at 2.2K downloads in the first week of April, the app experienced fluctuations, peaking at 3.3K downloads during the week of May 6. By the end of June, downloads stabilized around 2.7K. Weekly active users (WAU) remained robust, starting at 92K and peaking at 99K in early June before settling at 93K by the end of the quarter.
Bolt: Request a Ride experienced a variable download trend. The app began with 1.1K downloads in the first week of April, reached its peak of 2.4K in late April, and then saw a decline to around 927 downloads by the end of June. The WAU for Bolt showed a steady increase from 11.6K at the start of April to 12.8K by the end of June.
Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver had a modest download count, starting at 272 in the first week of April and fluctuating throughout the quarter to end at 253 downloads in the last week of June. The WAU for this app started at 1.4K and remained relatively stable, finishing the quarter at 1.5K.
BlaBlaCar: Carpooling and Bus maintained low but steady download numbers, beginning at 106 in the first week of April and ending at 80 in the last week of June. The WAU showed a slight decline over the quarter, starting at 732 and closing at 657.
Yandex Go: Taxi Food Delivery had the lowest download figures among the top apps, starting at 56 in early April and slightly increasing to 77 by the end of June. The WAU for Yandex Go remained relatively stable, beginning at 511 and ending the quarter at 571.
