During the second quarter of 2024, the top five car games on Android in Nigeria showed diverse performance trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Data from Sensor Tower provides a detailed look at these apps.
Drive Zone: Car Simulator Game from Jet Games FZ-LLC experienced significant growth throughout the quarter. Weekly revenue saw a remarkable increase, starting at $39 in early April and peaking at approximately $181 in early June, before settling at around $160 by the end of the quarter. Downloads also saw a steady rise, reaching over 1.3K towards the beginning of June. Active users grew consistently, from 1.4K in early April to nearly 3K by the end of June.
F1 Clash - Car Racing Manager by Hutch Games had a fluctuating performance. Revenue peaked at $66 in mid-May but dropped to $9 by early June. Downloads varied significantly, with a notable increase to 196 in mid-May and a peak of 84 in early June. Active users showed a moderate increase from 300 in early April to 379 by the end of June.
Car Parking Multiplayer, developed by olzhass, achieved stable revenue growth, peaking at $34 in early May. Downloads saw a significant spike, reaching 1K in early May and maintaining a steady flow around 700 by the end of June. The app maintained a strong user base, with active users rising from 2.5K in early April to nearly 4.8K by the end of June.
Chrome Valley Customs from Space Ape showed a more modest performance. Revenue remained relatively stable, with minor fluctuations, peaking at $15 in early June. Downloads were consistent but lower compared to other apps, with a notable peak at 182 in early June. Active users hovered around 350 to 450 throughout the quarter.
Static Shift Racing by Timbo Jimbo had a varied performance. Revenue remained low, with peaks at $16 in early June. Downloads were modest, peaking at 63 in the final week of June. Active users showed a slight decline from 917 in early April to 729 by the end of June.
