2026 State of Mobile is Live!

In Q2 of 2024, France's food delivery app scene saw varying performance levels across the board for Android users. Data courtesy of Sensor Tower offers a snapshot of how the top players fared during this period.
Too Good To Go: End Food Waste maintained a strong user base, with weekly active users fluctuating around the 800K mark, peaking at 871K in the first week of April and then experiencing a slight downtrend to 753K by the end of June. Downloads showed a significant spike in late April reaching 40K, but generally hovered between 19K and 25K for the rest of the quarter.
Uber Eats: Food Delivery saw downloads ranging from 16K to 20K per week, with a user base that started strong at 709K active users in early April, dipped slightly mid-quarter, and ended with a low of 656K in the final week of June.
Jow - easy recipes & groceries was the only app among the top 5 with reported revenue, though modest, trending from a high of 1K in early April to lows of around 500 USD in mid-June. Downloads for Jow showed a decreasing trend from 20K in early April to 11K by late June, with weekly active users reflecting a similar pattern, starting at 145K and dropping to 117K.
Deliveroo: Food & Shopping experienced downloads in the range of 7K to 10K, with a peak at the beginning of May. The app's active user count remained relatively stable, with a slight uptick in mid-May to nearly 247K, before settling back to 234K by the end of June.
Lastly, HelloFresh: Meal Kit Delivery showed the least amount of downloads among the top 5, with figures starting at 7.5K in early April and ending at a low of 2.7K in the last week of June. Weekly active users stayed within a tight range, beginning at 15K and ending the quarter at 13.9K.
