In Q2 2024, the top 5 insects-themed games on the Android platform in Russia showcased varying trends in downloads and weekly active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.
Ant Legion: For The Swarm experienced a notable fluctuation in downloads, peaking at around 104K in the last week of April before gradually declining to approximately 53K by the end of June. The weekly active users followed a similar trend, starting at around 121K in early April, reaching a high of roughly 174K by the end of April, and then decreasing to about 133K by the end of June.
The Ants: Underground Kingdom saw a steady performance in downloads, with numbers ranging from 15K to 22K throughout the quarter. The weekly active users remained relatively stable, averaging around 60K to 62K during the period.
Spider Evolution: Runner Game showed a gradual increase in downloads, peaking at approximately 19K in late April before dropping to around 8K by the end of June. Weekly active users mirrored this pattern, starting at about 55K in early April, rising to around 67K in mid-June, and ending at approximately 59K by the end of the quarter.
Mosquito.io experienced growth in both downloads and weekly active users. Downloads increased from around 10K in early April to approximately 19K by the end of June. The weekly active users showed a positive trend, starting at around 70K in early April and steadily rising to about 112K by the end of June.
Annelids: Online Battle had a more varied performance. Downloads fluctuated, starting at approximately 15K in early April and ending at around 10K in late June. Weekly active users saw a decline from about 45K in early April to roughly 24K by early May, followed by a slight recovery to around 29K by the end of June.
