In the second quarter of 2024, the top personal finance budgeting and planning apps on the Android platform in the United Kingdom showed varied performance trends in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at each app:
Snoop Finance | Budget Tracker experienced a fluctuating trend in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $5.4K in early April. Weekly downloads ranged from around 3K to 5K, with a noticeable peak of 5K in early April as well. The app maintained a steady base of active users, starting at 63.4K and ending the quarter at 61.9K.
Emma - Budget Planner Tracker saw its highest weekly revenue in early May with about $3.8K. Weekly downloads varied greatly, with a low of around 800 in late April and a high of 2.1K in early April. Active users peaked in mid-May at approximately 64.5K but saw fluctuations, ending the quarter at 54.9K.
Moneyhub: Smart Budget Planner had a steady weekly revenue, peaking at around $2.8K in early April. Weekly downloads were relatively stable, ranging from around 180 to 270. The app did not report active users for this period.
Wallet: Budget Expense Tracker maintained a consistent weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $2.4K in mid-May. Weekly downloads showed a significant drop in early May, falling to as low as 27, but recovered slightly to around 126 by mid-June. Active users started at 5.9K and ended at 4.8K, showing a slight decline over the quarter.
YNAB saw its highest weekly revenue of approximately $2.5K in late April. Weekly downloads were relatively stable, with a peak of 271 in late May. Active users remained consistent throughout the quarter, fluctuating slightly around the 2K mark.
