In Q2 2024, the top sandbox games on the Android platform in Chile displayed diverse performance trends. Here’s a detailed look at the key metrics for Roblox, Minecraft, Terraria, Blockman Go, and Habbo - Original Metaverse.
Roblox saw a substantial increase in revenue, peaking at approximately $84.7K in the final week of June. Downloads also experienced significant growth, reaching around 62.1K in the same week. Weekly active users for the game increased steadily from 2.2M at the beginning of April to 2.4M by the end of June.
Minecraft showed a consistent revenue increase, finishing the quarter with revenue around $16K. The downloads remained relatively low and stable, with a slight decline towards the end of June, reaching around 15 downloads. However, the weekly active users remained stable, averaging around 19.6K throughout the quarter.
Terraria maintained a steady revenue stream, hovering around $370 to $420 weekly. Downloads were low, ranging from 7 to 16 per week. The game’s weekly active users saw a gradual decline, starting at 495 and ending at 401 by the end of June.
In the case of Blockman Go, revenue varied throughout the quarter, peaking at $331 in early June. Downloads showed an upward trend, with a notable peak of approximately 2.7K in the final week of June. Weekly active users also saw a significant increase, reaching around 17.8K by the end of the quarter.
Lastly, Habbo - Original Metaverse experienced fluctuating revenue, with a peak of $298 in mid-June. Downloads showed a sharp increase towards the end of the quarter, peaking at around 1.1K in the week of June 17. Weekly active users also increased, starting at 685 in early April and reaching 1.2K by the end of June.
