The second quarter of 2024 saw notable trends in the performance of the top tower defense games on the Android platform in the Middle East. Here’s a detailed look at the weekly downloads, revenue, and active user trends for five leading games in this genre.
Plants vs. Zombies™ by ELECTRONIC ARTS experienced fluctuations in revenue, peaking at about $72 in the week of June 10, 2024. Weekly downloads showed a strong performance, reaching nearly 10.2K in the final week of June. Active users also increased steadily, from around 23.4K at the beginning of April to approximately 26.1K by the end of June.
Stick Hero: Tower Defense from Rocket Succeed Together saw a modest revenue increase, with a peak of $17 in the week of June 17, 2024. Weekly downloads were relatively stable, hitting a high of about 8K in mid-June. Active users hovered around the 97K mark, showing slight fluctuations throughout the quarter.
Space Survivor by iStar Technology Investment Co Ltd had a varied revenue trend, peaking at $30 in mid-June. Downloads surged towards the end of the quarter, reaching over 8K in the week of June 17. Weekly active users followed a similar upward trend, growing from approximately 97.8K at the start of April to around 107K by late June.
Rush Royale: Tower Defense TD by MY.GAMES B.V. maintained strong revenue, with weekly earnings peaking at about $11.9K in mid-May. Downloads were more volatile, ranging from 1.6K to 5.6K, with a noticeable dip in May. Active users saw a gradual decline from around 42.7K in early April to about 34.3K by the end of June.
Plants vs Zombies™ 2, another hit from ELECTRONIC ARTS, showed consistent revenue, peaking at $921 in the week of May 13. Downloads increased steadily, reaching a high of 3K in early June. Active users grew from approximately 13.3K in early April to around 15.2K by mid-June.
