In Q2 2024, the top 5 cat-themed games on the iOS platform in Madagascar showed varied performance in terms of downloads and active users, as highlighted by data from Sensor Tower.
My Talking Tom 2 exhibited a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads, starting with 2 downloads in the first week of April and peaking at 42 downloads by the end of the month. Despite some dips in May, downloads surged again in mid-June, reaching 36. Active users remained relatively stable, with a slight increase from 336 in early April to 401 by the end of June.
My Talking Angela 2 experienced a notable decline in downloads after an initial spike of 40 in the first week of April, dropping to 1 download by the end of the month. However, the app saw a resurgence in late June with 22 downloads. Active users showed a downward trend, starting at 139 in early April and decreasing to 119 by the end of June.
Talking Tom Cat for iPad maintained a consistent download rate of 7 per week throughout the quarter. Active users also remained steady, hovering around 45 to 50 users weekly.
Talking Angela for iPad followed a similar pattern, with weekly downloads consistently at 7, except for a slight increase to 8 in late May. Active user data was not available for this app.
