In the second quarter of 2024, the top 5 io games on iOS in Costa Rica showed varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users. Here’s a closer look at each app’s metrics:
Agar.io from Miniclip.com saw fluctuating weekly revenue, peaking at about $71 in late April and maintaining an average of around $45 throughout the quarter. Downloads were consistent, with highs of 40K in early May. Weekly active users ranged from 62K to 91K, ending the quarter at 76K.
Snake.io - Fun Online Snake by Kooapps experienced a significant increase in downloads, reaching up to 281K in mid-May. Revenue was highest in the first week of June at $33. Weekly active users remained strong, starting at 1.5M and peaking at 1.7M in early June before a slight decline to 1.4M by the end of the quarter.
Paper.io 2 from Voodoo displayed strong download numbers with a peak of 168K in early June. Revenue saw a slight uptick towards the end of the quarter, reaching $13 in the final week of June. Weekly active users increased from 420K at the start of the quarter to a peak of 620K in early June, before settling at 381K by the end of June.
Snake Rivals - io Snakes Games by Supersolid Ltd had modest performance with downloads peaking at 34K in early June. Revenue saw a notable increase to $24 in early June. Weekly active users showed a growing trend, peaking at 62K in early June.
Hole.io from Voodoo demonstrated consistent growth in both downloads and weekly active users. Downloads reached up to 60K in mid-May, while revenue remained steady, peaking at $10 in late May. Weekly active users peaked at 233K in late May and maintained a steady rate, ending the quarter at 199K.
