With the second quarter of 2024 behind us, it's time to look at the performance of the top merge games on iOS in the US. Data from Sensor Tower gives us a glimpse into how these games have fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.
Gossip Harbor®: Merge & Story saw its revenue fluctuate, with a peak of nearly $790K towards the end of May. Downloads had a significant spike in late May, reaching over 250K in one week, while active users hit a high of nearly 700K in early June.
Travel Town - Merge Adventure experienced a revenue peak in early April at just under $700K, but saw a decline in the following weeks. Downloads remained low, with a notable increase to 48K in late May. The weekly active users remained fairly stable, with over 1.2M in early April and a similar figure towards the end of June.
Merge Mansion, published by Metacore Games Oy, showed a mixed revenue trend with a high of approximately $630K in mid-June. The game had a stagnant download rate until the end of May, when it jumped to 38K. Active users showed a slight increase over the quarter, reaching 105K in early June.
Seaside Escape®: Merge & Story also had varying revenue, with a peak of over $420K in early April. Downloads saw a significant rise to 152K in late May. The game's active users saw a gradual increase throughout the quarter, peaking at 315K in early June.
Lastly, Merge Gardens by Futureplay showed a revenue high of $237K in early May but experienced a general downtrend in the following weeks. The game had negligible downloads throughout the quarter, with a small blip of 6 downloads in mid-June. Active user data for Merge Gardens was not available.
