With the second quarter of 2024 wrapped up, Sensor Tower provides a detailed look at the performance of the top five merge games on the iOS platform in the United States. Here's an overview of how each application fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.
Travel Town - Merge Adventure by Magmatic Games Ltd displayed a fluctuating revenue trend with peaks reaching approximately $3.8K and a low of around $2.8K. Downloads for the game peaked at 525K in early May but saw a general decline throughout the quarter, ending at 207K. Weekly active users started at 1.7M in April and experienced a dip to 1.3M by the end of June.
Microfun Limited's Gossip Harbor®: Merge & Story showed an overall steady revenue with a notable high of about $2.9K in the latter half of April. Downloads hit their highest at 241K in late May, while weekly active users varied, reaching a high of 684K in the same period before dropping to 525K towards the quarter's end.
Another title from Microfun Limited, Seaside Escape®: Merge & Story, had its revenue grow to a peak of nearly $2.4K in mid-June. The game's downloads were modest, with the highest number recorded at 188K in early April. Weekly active users saw a peak of 892K towards the end of May.
Metacore Games Oy's Merge Mansion experienced a rollercoaster in revenue, with a notable peak of $1.2K towards the quarter's end. Downloads remained low, with the highest at 133K in the first week of April, and the trend of weekly active users peaked at 2.5M in mid-May.
Lastly, Merge County® from Microfun Limited saw its revenue climb, reaching about $586K in early June. The game did not register any downloads for several weeks, but it did have a minor uptick in active users in late April.
