In Q2 of 2024, the Pair Puzzle category on iOS saw varied performances across top apps. Sensor Tower provides a deeper dive into these metrics, showcasing how each app fared in terms of downloads and weekly active users.
Match Factory! by Peak Games demonstrated a steady revenue stream, starting at $614K in the first week of April and peaking at $1.07M mid-May before declining to $558K by the end of June. Downloads showed a downward trend from 2M in early April to 491K in late June, with weekly active users decreasing from 4.3M to 3.5M in the same period.
Triple Tile: Match Puzzle Game from Tripledot Studios, despite not generating revenue, saw a spike in downloads from 204K to a peak of 1.78M in mid-May, then tapering off to 382K by late June. Weekly active users followed a similar pattern, swelling from 2.8M to 5.3M before dropping to 4.2M at the quarter's end.
Food Match 3D: Tile Puzzle, another creation from Turkey's Masal Games, had a modest revenue presence with fluctuations, hitting zero several times throughout the quarter. Downloads for the app descended from 1M in early April to 243K by the end of June, and weekly active users mirrored this decline, starting at 779K and finishing at 410K.
Tile Dynasty: Triple Mahjong, a new release from Tripledot Studios in mid-May, had no recorded revenue but saw downloads increase from 3K in its launch week to 692K by the end of June. Weekly active user data for this app was not available.
Lastly, Match Tile Decor from GAMEPROMO CO., LIMITED showed no revenue until early May, with a peak at $10 in mid-May and then fluctuating to zero by late June. Downloads started at 269K, reaching a high of 330K in early April, and ended at 174K in late June. Weekly active user data for Match Tile Decor was not provided.
