In the second quarter of 2024, the Pair Puzzle category saw varying performances among the top iOS apps in the US market. Here's a breakdown of how five leading apps fared, with insights from Sensor Tower.
Match Factory! by Peak Games experienced a steady revenue trend, peaking at $670K in late April before declining to $314K by the end of June. Downloads showed a significant drop from 969K to 231K, while weekly active users decreased from 2.32M to 1.9M over the quarter.
KINGS FORTUNE PTE.LTD.'s Happy Match Cafe™ saw its revenue fluctuate moderately, with a high of $182K mid-April and a low of $105K in mid-June. Downloads spiked to 1.03M in late May but dropped to zero by late June, with weekly active users following a similar pattern, peaking at 1.84M and falling to 1.21M.
Voodoo's Block Jam 3D had a revenue high of $604K in late April but ended the quarter at $112K. Downloads reached a high of 299K in late April before settling at 61K, and active users peaked at 396K in the same period, ending the quarter at 270K.
Goods Sorting: Match 3 Puzzle from ONESOFT GLOBAL PTE. LTD., despite having no recorded revenue, showed an increase in downloads from 3 to 96K. Weekly active users grew steadily from 133 to 331K.
Lastly, Tripledot Studios' Triple Tile: Match Puzzle Game also recorded no revenue but saw downloads peak at 117K in late April and dip to 36K by the end of June. Weekly active users hit a high of 1.21M in late April, decreasing to 965K by the quarter's close.
