In the second quarter of 2024, Viking-themed games on the iOS platform in Europe showed varied performance across downloads, revenue, and weekly active users. Here’s a closer look at the top 5 games:
Viking Rise: Valhalla experienced a strong quarter, with weekly revenue peaking at approximately $257K in mid-April and ending the quarter at around $222K. Downloads fluctuated, starting at 9.2K in early April and rising to 13K by the end of June. Weekly active users saw a steady increase, reaching 136K by the end of the quarter.
Vikings: War of Clans showed significant revenue growth, peaking at around $102K in late May and concluding the quarter at about $84K. Downloads were relatively low, with a peak of 888 in mid-May. Active users saw a slight decline, ending the quarter with approximately 1.7K users.
Vikingard had a stable revenue performance, with weekly revenue ranging from $20K to $35K. Downloads increased notably in May, peaking at 467 in mid-June. The game maintained a consistent number of active users, ending the quarter with about 12.9K users.
Frostborn: Coop Survival had a moderate revenue performance, with weekly revenue peaking at around $9.4K in mid-June. Downloads were relatively stable, ranging between 400 and 1.1K. Active users saw a slight decline, ending the quarter with around 2K users.
Lucky Buddies had a modest revenue performance, with weekly revenue peaking at approximately $3K in early April. Downloads were minimal throughout the quarter, with very few new installs.
