2026 State of Mobile is Live!

In the second quarter of 2024, the top consumer finance applications in Romania showed varied performance metrics across downloads, active users, and revenue. According to Sensor Tower, here are the insights:
Salt Bank observed a downward trend in downloads, starting at 55.7K in the first week of April and declining to 15.7K by the last week of June. Weekly active users followed a fluctuating pattern, peaking at 155K mid-April and ending the quarter at 141.5K.
George Romania saw a consistent performance in downloads, with a slight peak reaching 18.5K in the week of June 10. Active users remained relatively stable, starting at 393K and finishing the quarter at 419K.
Noul Raiffeisen Smart Mobile had a steady download rate, beginning at 12.6K and ending at 9.7K. Weekly active users started at 582.7K and fluctuated, ending the quarter at 584.7K.
YOU BRD experienced a modest increase in downloads, starting at 8.1K and rising to 8.3K by the end of June. Active users showed a positive trend, starting at 380.5K and peaking at 420.6K in mid-June before settling at 396.7K.
ING HomeBank had a stable download rate, with a slight increase from 7.1K to 8.4K over the quarter. Active users showed a consistent pattern, starting at 503.3K and finishing at 502.9K.
