In Q2 2024, the top five fish games on a unified platform in Europe exhibited notable performance metrics in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users. Here’s a closer look at how these games fared:
Fishdom from Playrix demonstrated impressive revenue growth, starting at $1.6M in early April and peaking at around $2.2M in early May. Downloads saw a significant upward trend, especially towards the end of the quarter, rising from approximately 135K in early April to nearly 295K by the end of June. Weekly active users fluctuated but maintained a generally stable range, hovering around 1.6M to 1.7M throughout the quarter.
Fishdom Solitaire, another title from Playrix, recorded steady revenues, with weekly earnings around $60K to $75K. Downloads remained relatively low but stable, with weekly figures oscillating between 1.7K and 2.4K. The game’s weekly active users showed a slight decline, starting at 174K in early April and ending at approximately 153K by late June.
World of Water from StarFortune also had a noteworthy quarter. Revenue reached its highest point at around $35K in late May. Downloads saw a general decline, starting at 68K in early April and dropping to 25K by the end of June. However, weekly active users increased steadily, peaking at over 204K by the last week of June.
Hungry Shark Evolution from Ubisoft Entertainment experienced fluctuating revenue, peaking at $16.9K in mid-June. Downloads were highly variable, with a notable surge to 213K in early June before dropping to 119K by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users showed an overall increase, reaching a high of approximately 696K in mid-June.
Hungry Shark World, also from Ubisoft Entertainment, had its revenue peak at $11.7K in mid-June. Downloads fluctuated but saw a significant rise towards the end of the quarter, peaking at 66K in mid-June. Weekly active users remained relatively high, with numbers ranging from 456K to 551K throughout the quarter.
