In the second quarter of 2024, the top five fitness and weight loss programs apps in Greece demonstrated diverse performance across downloads, revenue, and active user metrics. Below, we delve into the trends for each app, based on Sensor Tower data.
YAZIO Calorie Counter & Diet experienced fluctuating weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $9.6K in mid-April and dipping to around $5.8K towards mid-June. Weekly downloads saw a sharp increase to 6.4K in the week of April 15, but later stabilized around 3.4K by the end of June. Active users showed a slight downward trend from 35.8K at the beginning of April to 33.2K by the end of June.
Strava: Run, Bike, Hike maintained a steady weekly revenue, reaching around $2.8K in mid-May. Downloads remained relatively stable, hovering around 750 to 950 weekly. Active users showed minor fluctuations, starting at 17.5K in early April and ending at 16.9K in late June.
MyFitnessPal: Calorie Counter saw consistent weekly revenue growth, peaking at $2.4K in late June. Weekly downloads were more variable, starting at 1.8K in early April and slightly decreasing to just under 1K by the end of June. Active users showed a downward trend from 28K at the start of April to about 24.4K by the end of June.
JustFit: Lazy Workout & Fit had a varied revenue pattern, reaching approximately $2.2K in early April, then dipping to around $1.6K by the end of June. Downloads remained relatively stable, ranging from 800 to 1.9K weekly. Active users saw a gradual increase from 6.7K in early April to 7.2K by the end of June.
BetterMe: Health Coaching showed steady weekly revenue, hovering around $1K, with a slight peak at $1.2K in mid-June. Weekly downloads were consistent, ranging between 300 and 600. Active users fluctuated slightly, starting at 1.9K in early April and ending at 1.5K by the end of June.
