As the second quarter of 2024 comes to a close, we at Sensor Tower have taken a closer look at the performance of the top five Fitness and Weight Loss Programs applications in the United States on a unified platform, combining data from both iOS and Android. Here's how these popular apps fared during this period.
MyFitnessPal: Calorie Counter saw a fluctuation in revenue from $26K to $23K, while downloads ranged between 2K and 3K. Weekly active users started strong at 131K, peaked at 142K mid-quarter, and ended with around 135K.
Strava: Run, Bike, Hike experienced a revenue trend with a slight decrease from $20K to $17K over the quarter. Downloads were fairly consistent, hovering around 3K. Active user numbers showed an overall steady trend, starting at 56K and closing the quarter with 59K.

Lastly, Calorie Counter + maintained a revenue between $8.8K and $11.6K without significant spikes. Downloads started at 2.8K, with a noticeable decline to 1.6K by the end of the quarter. The app's active users showed a slight decrease from 15K to 13K.
